Lola Herba started off as a side-project while completing my studies as a clinical herbalist. I quickly noticed that my carefully crafted and affordable herbal goods were much appreciated by my peers and so I decided to share the love to a wider range of people.
I firmly believe in the quality of my products. I am currently growing my first garden and will be trying to switch my production to 100% local plants (using my own harvests and partnering up with trusted local farmers). I am also currently switching my packaging to a more zero-waste formula, where jars and bottles will be able to be re-filled.
It is my mission to work in harmony with the land and the resources I take from it. I acknowledge that I am practicing on unceded territory whose caretakers are the kanien'kehá:ka people, past, present, and future. This land has been a meeting place for many nations, including algonquin, anishnaabe, huron-wendat, and haudenosaunee nations.
