lola herba

Lola Herba started off as a side-project while completing my studies as a clinical herbalist. I quickly noticed that my carefully crafted and affordable herbal goods were much appreciated by my peers and so I decided to share the love to a wider range of people. The products I make, as well as their design, convey softness & playfulness, two aspect that have been essential to my own healing process.

The products I offer are made with 100% organic ingredients and mostly local & homegrown plants, prioritizing relationships with local farmers as well as the land.

You can browse my various products in my online apothecary, or find me at various farmer markets and pop-ups across the city! You can stay up to date by signing up to my newsletter.

Flower Essence Therapist
Trauma-informed herbalist
Based out of montreal

After feeling discouraged with my own complicated medical journey, I dove into the world of herbalism in order to help heal myself. I have now been studying it professionally for 5 years. My mission is to help share the magic of plants and offer accessible herbal treatments.

Throughout the years, I have developed both a personal practice, where I offer sliding-scale flower essence consultations, as well as a line of carefully crafted herbal and energetic remedies. You can read more about them below!

My practice

I offer 1:1 flower essence consultations in which we uncover aspects of yourself that may require an energetic realignment.

My practice is rooted in my diverse Flower Essence trainings and is informed by my own experiences with medical system failure, chronic pain, trauma & mental illness as well as various trainings and certifications in the field of trauma.

While these consultations might uncover heavy emotions, softness & active listening guide these sessions.

I commit to practice through a trauma-informed lens where I recognize and continue to educate myself on the various forms of trauma imposed by the structures of our society including those outside of my own lived experiences.

Accessibility is an important aspect of my practice: I offer sliding scale consultations as well as free monthly Flower Essence consultations. To learn more about this service, click here

It is my mission to work in harmony with the land and the resources I take from it. Building a relationship with the land I work and live on, as well as the people who have tended these lands for centuries before my own, is something I value. I acknowledge that I am practicing on unceded territory whose caretakers are the kanien'kehá:ka people, past, present, and future. This land has been a meeting place for many nations, including algonquin, anishnaabe, huron-wendat, and haudenosaunee nations.

Fire Cider, a famous herbal folk remedy.
